"I have had State Farm through Steve Pierce for over 8 years now. I moved to Florida and was told they cover down here too. So, when they went to start for down here I was told that they would not be able to cover me! When I asked why, they said they couldn't tell me because of privacy issues. What the hell? I mean, you are talking to me so where is the privacy issue? Also, a few months ago I asked if it was a waste of money having my 2005 truck covered with full coverage because it was so old. They told me they couldn't tell me that. That it was up to me if I wanted it! Why can't you answer my questions? So, because after 8 years all of a sudden I wasn't able to be covered. So, I called Geico (my daughter's advice) and low and behold, I was told my truck was too old and I could still get full coverage but it was NOT going to help. My daughter told me to leave State Farm years ago, that they were screwing me over and now, after all that time they were screwing me over! So, my advice is to find another insurance company!!!!!"

"Horrible customer service when you tell them what deductible you want they’ll charge you for that deductible but then they will not uphold that deductible. They’ll change your paperwork when you hand them the correct information that you need they disregard it when you speak to them they tell you that they don’t know what’s going on. They’ll have to get back to you and then they never get back to you. They pocket your money and will not give you appropriate service and if you have a wreck, don’t expect for them to pay out unless it puts you in a bind and they can charge you over later. Absolutely do not recommend this particular office of State Farm. I’ve been a State Farm customer for 15 years with intermittent periods of absence and I have never received crappier service than I have from the office of Steve Pierce."
